  • the website is a key online sales tool for the company.

The developed website contains unique information about each residential complex, its advantages and location on the map. Separate landing pages have been created for all residential complexes, which present the apartment layouts available in each of them.

The resource presents a developed functionality of choosing apartments in two ways:

  1. Using certain parameters and a convenient filter on the main and other pages of the website.
  2. The data in the catalog are additionally filtered by project statuses.

We have created a website with a lot of content that is fully optimized for search engines. The website also has a large number of language versions.

The website draws the attention of visitors to the company's marketing programs: special conditions for buyers, discounts, promotions, financing programs, novelties.

A scheme for collecting user contacts is configured on the resource. Its task is to track which residential complex a potential client was interested in following each specific application.

Integration with amoCRM allows the website to interact autonomously with the Profitbase system. The system pulls up data on available layouts from Profitbase and allows users to filter real estate objects by parameters.
